Wow, what a terrific Christmas gift for your “followers”, Roy. Thanks for sharing an awesome glimpse of Jersey through a run route. Is there any non-scenic part of Jersey? 😏 And you’ve completed your annual 1000 miles??! Amazing. Only question is: where’s the snow?!

Crazy isn’t it? Almost T-shirt weather. Jersey is gorgeous but many fail to appreciate it. The main town St Helier not so much – it has not been developed well over the years. As to the running, as you’ll know, once we stop at our age we’ll probably never start again.

Happy New Year Jill and thank you for your support as always. Pleased you enjoyed our little run. ‘Proper’ runners knock out 2-3,000+ miles, but 1,000 is a nice target for us plodders and it keeps us honest 🙂

Absolutely gorgeous – almost makes me want to start running again. I loved it, but my knees didn’t. But with that view, and with slow runners who “enjoy the view,” and not their egos, I think I’d go for it. My daughter and son-in-law completed the NY Marathon in November. I think your run is MUCH better. Happy New Year!
